Open the order in your account or contact Customer Service with the order number, affected items, reason and supporting photos when relevant.
Eligibility
Return and refund eligibility depends on item condition, product type, elapsed time and applicable law. Used, damaged, hygiene-sensitive, final-sale or legally restricted products may be ineligible unless defective or otherwise required by law.
Review and payment
Do not send an item back until return instructions are issued. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; provider processing time may apply.
Return window and condition
Submit the request within 14 days after delivery unless law requires longer. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed and complete with original packaging, labels, accessories and gifts.
Exclusions and shipping costs
Personalized, hygiene-sensitive, final-sale, opened consumable and legally restricted goods are not returnable unless defective or required by law. Customers pay return shipping for preference changes; the store pays for verified defects or shipping errors.
Refund timing, exchanges and bundles
After inspection, approved refunds are submitted within 5 business days; providers may need additional time. Exchanges depend on stock. Promotional, gift, bundle and partial returns are recalculated under the original offer.
