Operator and scope
ITNTSTUDENT INC. operates 101 Studio Soho. This Policy covers information processed through the WeChat Mini Program, website, member account, shopping, order, payment, rewards and customer-service functions.
How and what we collect
Information is collected when you type it into forms, submit account or order actions, contact support, or when the service creates necessary transaction and security records. This may include: account email address; password (transmitted over HTTPS and stored only as a salted one-way hash); captcha and email verification-code records; recipient name, delivery phone and address; cart, order, refund and payment-status records; points, coupons and draw activity; support messages; and necessary device/network logs such as IP address, browser or device type, request time and security events.
Purposes and necessity
We use information only to create and authenticate accounts, deliver verification messages, protect security and prevent fraud, provide carts and member benefits, process and fulfill orders, confirm payment status, handle delivery, returns and support, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Account login and registration data is not sent until you actively tick the consent box. If you do not agree, you may continue browsing public products but cannot use account-dependent functions.
Service providers and sharing
We disclose only the minimum necessary information to contracted providers for hosting and security, email verification, optional service notifications, payment, delivery and support, and to affiliated storefront services using the shared member account. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not displayed to store staff. We do not sell personal information. A separate notice and consent will be provided where required for a new purpose or recipient.
Storage, retention and security
Captcha answers expire after 5 minutes and email verification codes after 60 minutes. Account data is retained while the account is active; order, payment, fraud-prevention and compliance records are retained only for the period reasonably required by the stated purposes and applicable law. We use HTTPS, access controls, password hashing, rate limits, logging and other reasonable safeguards.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, a copy, correction or deletion; withdraw consent; object or restrict processing where applicable; or request account cancellation through Customer Service. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Some order or compliance records may need to remain restricted and retained where law requires. You can log out at any time from the account menu.
Children, updates and contact
If you cannot legally consent on your own, use the service only with a parent or guardian. Material policy changes will show a new effective date and, where required, request renewed consent. Privacy questions, complaints, rights requests and account-deletion requests may be submitted through Customer Service; we verify the requester before acting.
